Robert P. Lasser
Director; Chairman, Audit and Finance Committees

As chief executive officer of Management Reports, Inc., Bob Lasser transformed this former computer services bureau into a software and services company taking it from Chapter 11 bankruptcy, growing revenues from $5 million to $33 million and finally preparing it for sale to Intuit. Prior to that, Bob was the chief financial officer of Hunter Environmental Incorporated, an environmental services company.

As Chief Financial Officer at Inacomp, a pioneer computer retailer, Bob took the company public. Following the IPO, Bob became president of Inacomp's largest operating subsidiary, which accounted for 75 percent of the company's revenue and 100 percent of profits.

Earlier in his career, Bob served as vice president of finance and administration at Arbor Drugs, where he developed a financial plan that enabled the company to expand rapidly without additional capital or bank debt, preparing it to go public. Under his leadership, the company quadrupled its number of stores. He began his professional career as an auditor at the accounting firm of Coopers and Lybrand, now part of PriceWaterhouseCoopers, during which time he earned his CPA.

Bob is a graduate of Wayne State University and a Vietnam veteran.
